sunday breakfast

The hot idli made by Mahesh this morning.

recipe follows in ascending order.


Served with dosa milaga podi and green chilli chutney.

The cooked idlis.
pour batter in இட்லி தட்டு and steam it for 8-10 minutes.

add toasted semia(vermicelli) chopped ginger, chopped coriander(cilantro), chillies, finely chopped vegetables of your choice to the curd. allow to soak for 10-15 minutes.

1 cup curd.
